Original Passport

The applicant’s valid passport—on which the visa will be issued—must be signed.

Physical Visa Approval Letter (Case Number)

After the interview at the U.S. Embassy, the applicant receives an approval slip. This document is required for the passport pickup process.

Power of Attorney Form

Some embassies require an official authorization letter to hand over the passport to someone other than the applicant. You must complete and sign this form.

Confirmation Letter

According to the latest regulations, applicants must register on the new U.S. Embassy website and obtain a confirmation letter after completing the required steps.

Processing Time for U.S. Visa Passport Pickup

The time required to receive the passport after visa approval depends on several factors, including:

  • The country where the embassy is located (Ankara, Yerevan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, etc.)

Typically, U.S. visa passport pickup takes 2 to 3 weeks. However, this timeframe may vary in special situations or during periods of high demand.
